General Access Supplies:
Materials and tools available free of charge for use inside the Makerspace. These are limited resources - please use a 'reasonable' amount and practice sustainability. *Materials are for personal use only. If you are interested in a project, check out our Maker Library for inspiration ideas. Use what you need for a project, return usable materials and community supplies in good condition, and clean up.
General use materials are for independent use, we are here if you have questions, but if you want to make an advanced project - let us know and we will plan a workshop around it. Limited materials and tools available Spring 2022 - thank you for your understanding.
Ask if you have any questions about materials, equipment, set up, or clean up.

Use tools responsibly.
Checked out tools may ONLY be used by the individuals that checked the tool out. Unauthorized sharing of tools will result in temporary suspension of BOTH PARTIES from the Makerspace.
Respect your fellow otters, the limited resources, and the space.
To the best of your ability, please limit your visits to a maximum of two hours so everyone has the opportunity to use the space. Be mindful of the limited quantities of materials and tools. Sustainable use and little to no waste of materials allows us to continue operating - if waste or overuse occurs - there will be limitations on quantities of materials, time in the space, and training requirements.
No food or drink in the workspaces.
The cubbies across from the sign-in desk are available for storing food and drink during your visit. Don't forget your food or drinks on the way out - anything left will be thrown away.
Clean up after yourself.
Put away materials and tools where they belong, and clean your workstation before leaving. Cleaning supplies are available for your convenience. Ask for the vacuum or table top cleaners and a towel at the check in station.
